Restriction/FACTA

Yesterday i opened a new business account. I was instantly sent an E-Mail that my account is restricted. In the next Mail just 1 min after i was told that PayPal needs more infos about my business because of the FACTA. I should just click the link and fill the missing infos. Now here is the problem. If i am clicking the link it just leads me to a blank site and i have no way to fill the missing information and get rid of the restriction. Can anyone help me? Thanks in regard.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues with a FACTA restriction on your account. I can understand how those can bit a bit of a hassle to resolve. Normally, you should see the steps to resolve a limitation or restriction in your Resolution Center. If you don't see them there, please reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
