Remove restriction & unlink my cards

How can i remove restriction from my paypal account, or maybe unlink my cards from limited account and link them to my new paypal account? Yesterday my account was banned for so stupid reason: cause i was not 18 when i registered my account. Okay, yep, it's true. And from that day and to yesterday was a very big timeline. And my account was not banned, or something, lol. But, when i gave paypal my official documents, for verifying my personality, account, they said that i was banned cause i was not 18 when register. OH YEAH, IT'S VERY RIGHTLY REASON TO GIVE PERMANENT LIMIT TO MY ACCOUNT, YEEEAH (sarcasm). So, maybe some helps me or something? I will be very thankfully, if yes.

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.

PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.

As you would be unable to verify your account it would be permanently locked for further use.

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you to do a withdrawal of funds from that account or allow you to open a new account and transfer the funds across for you. Opening a new account is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once but you should get one of those options.

Okay. But maybe there is a way to relink my cards, cause okay, this account is under limitation. I want to close it forever and relink my cards to my new account. Maybe there is a way to do it?
