I pre ordered the Harry Potter game way back in 2021 when I first became available for pre order. It was then postponed to come out on May 2023 on ps4, but I never received it from the original seller. PayPal refused my dispute because it’s over the 180 day dispute time. What do I do?
If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then you could see if they will chargeback for you? However they have time limits as well and you may be past those, worth checking though.
Of if the seller is in the same country as you then do you have something like a small claims court in your country?
