Personal account limited

I have a personal PayPal account that I'm using to receive money from friends and family and I haven't even started using my account. I suddenly received a message that my account is limited and I need to provide invoices from my supplier. I'm not selling any product and I don't have suppliers. What can be done to lift this limitation ? Please help.

Paypal are just thieves. They allow you to add money to your account while your account is limited. It is then impossible to withdraw your money or do the necessary payments. This is just theft, ordinary theft
