Request for Refund from PayPal when seller was not complying and being untruthful using delaying tactics.
Realyiyi.com #198719220
This company offered me a credit coupon for my order that was nothing like the advertised product. Which I was happy to accept.
With my original order, I returned the product for a full refund. After chasing them weekly for 6 months for the refund, they finally told me I was not eligible now as the time period had expired (due to their continual delay tactics) then offered me a credit coupon for other products, which I accepted, when I went to order with the coupon, the order would not accept the coupon and after emailing them to advise the coupon did not work, they kept asking me for a screenshot of the message stating it did not work, of course, I could not give them this as the order had gone through, now I am out of pocket 2 x A$172.00 without any product!! How can you refuse my claim for a refund when I had attached emails with their delaying tactics and nonsense responses?

Paypal buyer protection is for 180 day (6 months only) so did you try and open a dispute after that time period?
