My Account was hacked and I had around $5,000 stolen from me. Every time I file a claim with Paypal they deny it. Does anyone know how to get in touch with anyone that can actually help? I've spent hours on the phone with so many people and no one actually solves my problem or returns the stolen money. I have spent hrs on hold every single day just to be denied. Has anyone ever successful sued Paypal? I'm trying to figure out if the cost of a lawyer might be worth it to recover the stolen money that Paypal refuses to help with. Every time I call I sit on hold for an hr and then they make me start the entire process over and nobody ever actually helps me. They pretend they are going to and then i wait for many days and just get an email that my claim has been denied. Sooooooooo frustrated.
