Hi, all...
I've been using Paypal for over 10 years now. A few years back around 2020 I decided to close my account down. I tried restoring it today to buy an Nvidia subscription and was told it's placed on limitations. I was then asked to resolve this by uploading my photo ID, which I did (Passport).
Unfortunately, I received an email informing me my account was closed. This was a mere minute later which leads me to believe no actual human being tried to verify my account, and it was just closed automatically by a BOT after I submitted my passport.
I have never engaged in fraudulent activity and have always ever used Paypal as a buyer to make purchases online. This is totally unacceptable and quite frankly insulting. How about employ actual real people to verify accounts. Ten years of use for buying online only and telling my friends it's safe and keep your CCS with a middle man like PP and I end up being cancelled? Shameful.

Sometimes PayPal makes the decision to end a relationship with a customer if we believe there has been a violation of our terms of service or if a customer's business or business practices pose a high risk to PayPal or the PayPal community.
