PayPal wont let me donate to charity with my permanently limited account?

Do the "people" at PayPal just love money so much that they don't even want to let me give my $100 away to charity?

I am asking this because I just want to get the money out of my account so PayPal cant use it for anything since my account was permanently limited due to racial biases because of my aboriginal heritage.

Rubbish, if paypal were racist they would not have paypal available in most countries of the world and most countries are multi-racial.

You were limited because you were 15.

Yeah I was just taking the **bleep** cause i’m still annoyed about this. Its been over 180 days and they still haven’t emailed me about the issue.

They won't if you are still under 18, the 180 days option for release of funds only applies if you are then over 18 and living in the same country as your registered paypal account.

That seems a little scummy though like I am willing to prove my identity but it wont let me.

No because you are a minor and legally not allowed to use paypal.

Would I be able to take the money out when I turn 18 or if I get my parents involved in some way?

If your parents have their own paypal account then yes get them to contact customer services and request the funds are transferred to them.

But yes you should get offered the chance to withdraw one you are 18 OR paypal will allow you to open another legal account and transfer the funds to it.
