PayPal has permanently restricted my account

Hi, PayPal has permanently restricted my account, they say I broke the rules. I am not aware that I have broken the rules, I have written to support, they say the decision is permanent.Honestly I have always liked PayPal but after this experience I am totally disappointed, it looks like I will never be able to use my account again. I'm even more disappointed that support doesn't seem interested in me and doesn't want to say anything more on the matter. Can you please help me? Thank you.

Everyone who posts on here about being limited always says that they had broken no rules. However Paypal do not ban you for 0 reason. What would be the point? They make far more money from you using your Paypal account than interest on any held money.

However PayPal does review accounts regularly, and any concerns with security, violations of the User Agreement or Acceptable Use Agreement, compliance obligations, etc., could lead to a permanent restriction. Additional information beyond what would have been provided to you in a notification and/or email would not be available due also to security concerns and due to such information being proprietary....in other words they do not give you an exact reason, they just direct you to the user agreement or acceptable use policy. I guess having a reason wouldn't make any difference if they have permanently banned you.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I was scammed by a fake astrologer impersonating the real one. I reported it to PayPal and they have “permanently limited” my account. I don’t get this. I was one the that was scammed and reported it so that others wouldn’t have to go through what I went through and now I can no longer use PayPal?!?! I was the victim and PayPal is making this situation a million times worse.
