PEARLGO TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED (Pierrebuy.com)

I made a purchase using my credit card via PayPal (first mistake) for shoes and a shirt from Pearlgo (Pierrebuy.com) on April 12th. My tracking number no longer works and the company is unresponsive. PayPal has made it next to impossible to file a claim via the resolution center and I am becoming discouraged at a complete lack of support. Does anyone out there have any dealings with Pearlgo or Pierrebuy.com?  PayPal needs to stand up and deal with this seller.

Yes, I as well purchased a pair of boots and a blouse from a footwear site that came up on my newsfeed on facebook called pickushoes.com.

The blouse I received was cheaply made and the boots were not what I ordered at all.

I had a very difficult time tracking down any confirmation on the order at all which i thought to be rather odd.  As if all the history of this order had vanished.  (I know, sounds crazy, but nonetheless true)

When I finally tracked down the company thanks to the Facebook Ad History icon, I emailed and sent a PM/IM directly to them.  I also called the phone number which was an area code for Vermont, USA  and it was a "non working" number.

Once I finally got a response all they kept offering me was various discounts to "keep" the order and "give to friends as gifts".

After literally sending 100's of IM's just saying "hi" "Hello" to the point I was absolutely neurotic about it, they gave me a partial refund.

I feel like if I hadn't "gone off the deepend" and sent one after the other IM's in a psychotic fashion, it would have gone on and on for months.

The site that refunded me was Pearlgo Technologies

I completely agree! They may as well be a scam. I too got no response until I filed a grievance. Then they lied through their teeth about delivery and PayPal did nothing to support me. PayPal took their side and I got nothing but the bill. Oh Pearl go did offer me 10% discount on my next purchase. PayPal needs to stand up to these people and give us the customer service and protection that they purport to offer us.

They are on Facebook as Marvellman, typical bait and switch scam, order one thing, get another which is total crap quality. PayPal and Facebook needs to be held liable for this scam!

I had sort of the same problem. I received the item I bought but it did take almost a month. But when I receive the item it was a joke. It was literally made out of material got a kids Halloween costume will be made out of. I’m supposed to be a men’s jacket. It was the cheapest maid thing I’ve ever seen and it was $54. Anyway, they did have an email where you could re-quest a refund. And I sent an email and we went back-and-forth for two weeks !! They kept telling me they wanted to give me 30% refund and then it was 50% and then it was 55%. I said this is the biggest joke in the biggest scam I’ve ever scene. I said all I want is 100% back in the return address to send this shirt back to. They told me, the item will probably get lost. I said that in itself is a joke. Luckily today they actually refunded me my money! Because I said I was going to seek legal advice. So frustrating! But I ordered from a website called sinstuff.com but the money I received back was from this same name. Their websites should be blocked from everywhere. It was a Facebook ad where I came across them.. I should have known better. Never again will I order anything from an ad!

I bought a denim dress on 1/4/2021.  The tracking number didn't work.  I sent many emails.  I received the dress 2/18/2021 and it looked totally different from the advertised picture.  The material was very cheap.  Why can PayPal or Facebook monitor these people?

I wish I’d read this earlier!!! I too bought clothes from this company, their adverts are all over Facebook with a huge range of clothes for sale... they must be raking in loads from the scam. The fact that PayPal are still representing a scam company now (almost a year after the first comment on this thread) is beyond me. I trusted buying something as they used PayPal.... will now begin the task to get my $ back from PayPal.

You have a long row to hoe.  It took me months to get my money back.  They will offer to return about half the money you paid.  Do not fall for that an be persistent.  Keep hounding Paypal.  Pearlgo is one really sleezy  company.   It is all China made JUNK!!!  I hope this helped.

I just ordered 3 items about a week ago so I’m not feeling confident that I will receive them now, damn. I thought I was buying from pearlcosy which I have done before so I guess I’m to blame a bit for mistaking the name but that was probably there intension. I will let this board know if I receive anything.

Don't expect to get anything from Pearlgo except the run around.     They are a thieving , lying company!   They may offer you a settlement for half of what you paid.  Do Not accept their offer.     File a claim with Paypal and keep after them.  That is the only way I got my money back , and that took many months to get.
