PAYPAL has hold my money for a half year, Can anyone help me, how to withdraw it?

I asked their support, and they told me wait and wait and wait. 

Do do not understand wait they keep my money so long.

My business is stuck with finance.

Contact PayPal again and ask them to let you withdrawal since it’s been 180 days.
