New account permanently suspended. Don't know why.

I'm from Sri Lanka. New to PayPal. Created my account. No transactions. But PayPal immediately 'permanently suspended' my account. Contacted PayPal Singapore and they are unable to explain why.

Why you even opening a business account…you can only buy or send in Sri Lanka. Can’t accept payments.
