I am selling my car and I received an offer but the person wants to purchase and pay via PayPal. Once I am happy and received the funds, he wants to schedule for someone else to pick up the car from me. I want to know will I be protected with the seller protection or not? I do not know this person and he is sending messages of assurance that he will transfer the funds in my local currency, South African Rands and then once I receive and happy, he will have it collected. Is this legit?
