I accidentally added that I'm a Business account not even remember when probably when I was a kid. I can't reach PayPal support anywhere. On facebook they are ignoring me for 2 weeks now. I have money on Paypal that I can't use. What to do? Thier phones and the chat are not in service. I need to switch to private account. I mean, are they seriously not having support?? Thank you!
If you did it when you were a 'kid' then that is more likely to be the reason for the account ban.
You would have opened a minor account if you were under 18 when you opened it.
Even if you were over 18 now it would still be considered an illegally opened minor account once paypal realised the birthdate was fake or that any documents supplied showed you were under 18 when you opened it.
