My account was limited for 180 days and now its past 180 and I still didn't get an email from PayPal to withdraw my money? I'm **bleep** what can I do?

Since your limit time has expired, you will receive a PayPal confirmation message.

It's been 2 weeks now and I didn't receive any confirmation message from PayPal. I'm worried What can I do and I need the money for my medical treatment.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
