My account was limited by PayPal after i submitted and the necessary documents. Why please assist

Paypal have ever right to withold the money and if the customer provides the information required and explain the use of the money. Why do you still hold the funds

For Paypals right to hold funds read the HOLDS section in the user agreement for your country.
