My account was blocked :c

My account was blocked for reasons I don't understand. I am a new user of PayPal and I had to be verified in order to use it fully. I live in Kazakhstan and for verification I sent my ID card. Three days after this my account was blocked. With this text, which did not explain me anything much 😞

You can't use PayPal anymore

At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services.

Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money.

I registered pay pal after I turned 18, so I can't even imagine why I got my account blocked. I can't contact support because my account is blocked. All hope for the knowledgeable among you people! Thank you for reading all this text! Thank you

You were blocked because activity in your account somehow does not follow the PayPal rules. Did you use real name, same mailing address matching your photo ID? Could be an error by their automated security system, too.

Contact PayPal and tell them the same thing you told us, that you are a new user, that never got banned before that got banned after submitting photo ID:
