A while ago, I tried to link a gift card to my PayPal account, but it kept being declined. Now they've restricted my account, and not only do I have no cards linked to my account, but I don't think I can get a card statement for a gift card I haven't even used yet. Plus, I don't know if it's until I give them the information they want, or if it'll get lifted after a certain amount of time. How can I go about this situation?
