My account is limited because I all of the sudden have to prove that I'm the account holder. How can I just go back to using my PayPal normally. For some reason my account is a business account and I also just want it to be a personal one. PayPal is not letting me access my money so please help!

Contact customer services to request a downgrade:

1. https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us

2. Scroll down to click “Message Us” or “Call Us” option after the “Common Issues” section.

I would love to message them to ask for a downgrade so I could finally use my funds but their messaging system is not working.
