My account has been limited.

I opened an account couple of days ago and in the meantime I tried to add my bank card but there was a problem on adding. Later I tried to add my revulot bank account through revolut app and there was an error found on adding too. Unfortunately, yesterday I logged in to revulot app and remove the permission for paypal then I got a notification to submit my personal information on PayPal and I submitted my UK BRP and immediately I got a reply as notification that my account has been highly limited. I don't know even how to resolve this issue. I need my account back immediately for some reasons. Can you guys please help me to get back my account as normal? Best regards Opi Begum
