I tried to make a payment today and I received an email saying there's a limitation on my account. I have already verified my account by providing the necessary documents and in the wallets section, there's no option for me to confirm my card. How do I solve this?

Have you added a credit visa which is required in your country and that you should be able to confirm?
If yes and you still have problems then..............
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
