I have sent PayPal several emails of how I was defrauded out of £50 by an email claiming to be from PayPal.
PayPal have never replied to any of them so I don't know if I am sending my complaint to the real PayPal or the fake one.
What am I supposed to do?

Sorry but if you responded to a 'fake' paypal email then it has nothing to do with paypal does it as none of the transaction would have been done using their site.
Paypal always state not to click on any links in emails pretending to be from them OR ring any phone numbers as they do not put links or phone numbers in their emails.
Lastly the scammer was probably working out of an internet cafe somewhere internationally and would not have a paypal account and sends hundreds of these emails per day.
Scammers send out these emails pretending to be from your bank / card / paypal / amazon etc etc.
So its up to you to recognise them and not be scammed.
Advice is voluntary.
