Is Earthwash or Cleanomic a fraud?

I clicked on an ad on Facebook from Earthwash. Once exploring the content of their website, I was charged about $73.xx It is not clear the charge is from buyearthwash.com or from cleanomic.com

The website seems fishy with hidden pages and not easy to verify or confirm payments.

Has anyone have experience similar thing?
