Please advise. Yesterday I created a paypal account, I linked my bank card to it, and also transferred several hundred dollars from my Upwork account to paypal. I wanted to withdraw money from paypal to my card, but my card was not available for withdrawal for some reason. I later read that you can make a paypal card and use it, but you have to upgrade your account to business level to do so. Given that I am a freelancer I decided to do that. After I did this, I got a warning on the main page of paypal and in the app: "After a review, we've decided to permanently limit your account due to potential risk. You'll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal." As a result my money is blocked, how to solve this problem?
