I opened a case to refund my money, I don't get the answer, what should I do ?

I opened a case to refund my money as I don't receive the the items which I bought and paypal said that I should receive the answer before 2/3/22 and I don't receive anything yet,what I should do now please?

Did you escalate the dispute to a claim and is the claim still open?

My case still open, it isn't closed yet but it is over due and I don't know what should be the next step and how can I do it?

Paypal it appears are inundated with claims mainly from buyers that bought tat from these China websites or Social Media ads !
So all claims are being pushed back unfortunately.

As long as yours has been escalated from a dispute to a claim, and is still being reviewed then you have the chance of a refund.
Sadly you will have to wait it out in the long queue though.
