I just signed up for a paypal and soon received an official notice: "Your account access is temporarily limited
We noticed that you've been using your PayPal account in a questionable manner. To understand this better, we need more information from you. You'll need to provide the requested information to regain full access.”
OK, I know I should provide the requested information, but I can't update the page about account restriction . This is very strange. Is there an extra new problem with my account? Normally, I should be able to see why the account is limited and what information needs to be submitted . However, I can't see anything. I don't know what's wrong, I can log into my account and click any page and browse normally, but the only thing I can't see is the specific information about the account restrictions. Can anyone explain the problem? thanks very much. I hope the account limit issue will be resolved eventually, if this account limit issue cannot be resolved, can I not close the account? And then this account has been idle like this? Thanks for your replies.
