I HAVE A REQUEST TO HAVE MY ACCOUNT DELETED AND I KEEP GETTING FLAGGED ON MY REQUEST TO DELETE THE ACCOUNT
PAYPAL SERVICE IS THE MOST ATROCIOUS EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ON THE NET
I HAVE JUST REGISTERED AND THEN PAYPAL DISABLED MY PROFILE FOR NO COGENT REASON AT ALL... I HATE THE SERVICE AND IT'S SENIOR UNFRIENDLY.
I WANT TO DELETE AND CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND I HOPE TO CHRIST I NEVER HAVE TO RESORT TO USING THESE SERVICE AGAIN EVER.

Well most of us seniors manage with no issues, however if you want to close your account then >>>
If you can't close it because you have limitations then contact customer services for advice.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I MIGHT NOT BOTHER GOING TO THE MOTIONS AND JUMPING OVER PAYPAL HOOPS LIKE WHAT I'M EXPERIENCING... I MIGHT AS WELL LEAVE IT BE AS IS ... IT'S MORE FOR MY MENTAL HEALTH THAN ANYTHING... I DO NOT WANT TO BELABOR THE ISSUE SINCE I WAS NOT ABLE TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICE IN ANY WAY OR MANNER ... I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS VERY UNFRIENDLY AND UNFORGIVING IN MANY RESPECTS IT RENDERS TECH IDIOTS LIKE ME UNABLE TO USE IT ... I HAVE A WORK AROUND ON THIS HOWEVER... I GOT SOMEBODY TO PURCHASE USEING THEIR ACTIVE PAYPAL ACCOUNT... IT SOLVES MY PROBLEM IN SOME WAYS... SINCE I DON'T HAVE ANY TRANSACTION IN THAT PROFILE I JUST REGISTGERED AND OPENED ... PAYPAL CAN GO **bleep** THEM SELVES...
MAY I AGAIN REITERATE HOW GRATEFUL I AM FOR YOUR REPLY... VERY MUCH OBLIGED
