Recently my old paypal was locked because I tried to update the account name to my own since it used to be my dad's. Paypal however limited the account because it thinks I made it when I was a minor. I tried to withdraw the remaining money into my bank account but that transaction failed because "of invalid bank info" and removed it from my paypal. Now when I made a new paypal account and I try to link that same bank account it keeps saying "unable to process your request right now" all the time. I read somewhere that means its been removed from the system for "safety reasons" is there a way to re enable it?
