How safe is this company  Yokawa Network Limited?

My argument is:

1. The website conned me into thinking I was buying 2 x cctv cameras - I failed to notice it defaulted to 2 x sd cards.

The website cleverly distracted attention by offering free shipment if you bought 2 (two what?).

2. Yokawa's downfall should be that the sd cards they offer are FAKE - Paypal should respect that fact and withhold any payments.

3. Paypal are not on your side and don't WANT to understand the mechanics because they've also been SCAMMED out of $m's?

Paypal supports a thriving Community which they choose to ignore - it may yet be their downfall!

Mi kept track of my package everyday when it marked delivered and I didn't receive it I call usps and gave the tracking number I was inform the company wrote the wrong address on my package and I need to call for a refund I don't have a number for them.

I ordered a boreal wool anorak from this webside. I tried to cancel My order before they made the transaction. Suddenly they made the transaction which was very different from what I confirmed. At this point I had not even received any order confirmation. Now they tell me that I cannot cancel and the fact that there will be no option for me to get a refund. They also say that they have arranged the fastest shipping method but I do not have any shipping information even though it is days ago. I replied that I do not believe them and even so they still do not send any information to ensure me. Their replies are very non professional. I'm in contact with my bank. Don't know what else to do....

I got scammed on this too. I ordered Christmas Decorations and after more than a month delivery finally arrived and was some Christmas stickers. No reply to email. Raised it with PayPal but they are clever as I could not raise as item not received as they would supply tracking showing item delivered and PayPal would find in favour of them. So have to use item received incorrect and they then offer full refund once I return item back to them, in China, in the hope that I will not do this because of the cost. Even if I do the address is not real so items never get returned and they can say not get items back so no refund. This is what they tried with me, but rather than sending the items back I escalated the issue with a message to PayPal and explained there scam and this thread showing they are doing it all the time. They send me a affidavit form to complete and return and reversed the payment straight away.

I'm been fighting about getting my money back from paypal since November purchased of there realistic dogs back in the middle of September was suppose to be for grandkids Christmas... NOT now and still don't have money back from paypal ... Really messed up my Christmas!!! Thanks ALOT!!!!!! After different tracking numbers but last tracking number usps and there warehouse is in New York...really !?!?!? Was delivered also a week later like to know where...

Me too was scammed and PayPal sided with them after they sent Me a fake tracking number
