Same here. 2 WiFi cameras ordered but received 2 sad cards. After reading all the reports about this company it seems no point in complaining to PayPal as they always find in favour of this seller. Shame on you PayPal!.
ordered an item. Tracking number said delivered to my mailbox. I did not receive the order. Went to PO and they said that tracking number was assigned to a package with a different address. Reported to Pay Pal
Yokawa is a sophisticated international scam - the last folk to be convinced seem to be Paypal.
I suspect Paypal's defences have been breached and they may be in for $m of claims.
Paypal are looking everywhere for someone else to blame - for some reason Paypal seem unable to say to these people "You're crooks and we're not prepared to be a party to your scammy ways"
I’ve just posted back to them, 2 SD cards that were sent to me instead of the 2 security cameras that I paid for hoping for a refund. After contacting them they offered me a couple of pounds if I agreed to accept the cards instead of the cameras. I of course refused. They refused to pay return postage. How this company gets away with this beats me. I’ve also seen posts saying that PayPal are not finding in favour of the ripped off customers of this disgusting company.
