My wife is being continuously invoiced from a company that we do not use - how on earth van we block or remove this company as it is really irritating 😠??
Add them to the Customers page, if you don’t already see them there, in the Settings menu of the Invoicing menu (Dashboard > More > Create an Invoice > Invoicing menu (top left corner)). Then go to Contacts on the Pay & Get Paid page to look for and click on the contact entry to Block them.
If that don’t work, reach out to customer service to have them blocked.
