How can i restore a permanently banned account

Hello my cousin has been using my PayPal account without my knowledge i came to know when its too late when my account is banned....is there a way you can help me resolve this?please

No one can use your paypal account unless you have give them your access passcode.

If you saved it on a device that they used etc then sadly thats your responsibility as you are supposed to keep your paypal account information confidential.

I was permanently banned from conducting business with PayPal after sending some money to my cousin for freelancing services. I don't understand why this happened even after solving the limitations and providing necessary documents I was asked, my account was still permanently banned. I would like to restore it. Please help.

Most common reasons for an account limitation are:-

1. You have a previously limited account (temporary or permanent) and you have tried to open a new account and not resolved the issues with the other account first.
2. Using a VPN.
3. Not being in the country where you have opened a Paypal account.
4. Being under 18.
5. Having 2 Paypal accounts or more of the same account type.

If none of those then.........

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
