How can i increase my account limitation?

I can't see any "Let’s fix this" section.

also all the payments I received were on hold and paypal opened it but again all the payments I received are on hold.


Please help!

Click the “Request an increase” button you see at the bottom in the first picture. Log in and click the Money tile. Maybe try the PayPal app or PayPal business app too if you can’t find Money tile on the website.

Yes, PayPal gave you account access back after removing account limitation but that has nothing to do with the 21 day payment holds. Even though you request an increase, payments will still experience holds if you go over the immediate release amount for the month.
