On 7/03/2022. I had purchased a pandora charm. I checked for tracking and found someone used the same seller and purchased Shams and addresses were foreign. I cannot get refund from PayPal because I had used the site to buy charm. I keep asking PayPal and keep getting case closed. I know what I have purchased and my address is Australia NOT OVERSEAS. What can I do now. Who can I contact please.
Would help if you said which dispute you opened / if you escalated to a claim / if the seller provided fake tracking / if the claim was closed and the reason etc etc.
