Had money sent to my account and the account got limited

I had some money transferred to my PP account that I hadn't used in a while. The transaction cleared from the other service, but pp has decided to permanently limit my account and did not receive the funds. Since this cleared on the other end, the money Is gone from that account. Is there a way to reverse this? Thanks

If its showing as unclaimed or pending on the senders side then it should time out at 30 days and go back to them.

If its showing as completed then they may have to open a dispute for non receipt of item, which you don't challenge to get their funds back.
