I'm sorry to hear of the permanent limitation. I can certainly understand how frustrating something like this can be. The permanent limitation is not a decision made lightly and often involves multiple factors, some of which may not be readily apparent to you. There's may be possibility of error. If you believe that there was a mistake or invalid, you can contact Customer Service through the available contact options on our website and request a second look and review if there is anything that was missed. If the decision taken is valid, there would be no further option to appeal, as a permanent limitation is final. Before you proceed to contact us, please note that an email is sent to explain the reason for the limitation and what needs to be done to resolve the problem.
