Donation account blocked without any logical reason.

I hope that atleast one PayPal employee is gonna see this and actually take some minutes of their time to investigate my case a little further. We are software developers and we create free to use software for our community. We only have a donation PayPal email which i admit to remind everyone to donate incase they want our project to stay alive for longer. We had a discord channel where it said this "If you want to help us keeping this project you can donate if you want 🙂 Here is our PayPal Email : emailhere Make sure that you put "Donation" in the note & send as a Personal Payment, otherwise PayPal is gonna question the payments." After around 1359€ in donations my account got blocked immediately after i submitted my ID & Explanations to some payments making the ban of the account not manual but automatic. I've messaged PayPal about it over 10 times & endless calls yet they still don't want to help me! Any PayPal employee reading this, please take a look at my case. I was not breaking and ToS or anything. Thank you for your time, PayPal user.

How do you know for sure you didn’t?

What was the reason given in the “You can no longer use PayPal anymore” notice? ie. Potential financial risk to PayPal , violated Acceptable Use Policy, use inconsistent with user agreement, suspicious activity?

I don’t believe it is according to policies accepting donations as f&f with a business account…

Effective October 31, 2022:

• Business accounts cannot receive personal transactions. Business account holders wishing to receive personal transactions will need to make use of a personal account.

A donation has has NOTHING todo with a goods and service, friends and family aswell though with goods and services i need to add Shipping details so Friends and family was the better choice. I did everything as i should. I even registered a company for our software. I did everything as i should. Also the account was blocked for "suspicious activity". The reason doesn't make any sense.
