I bought the 89 dollar apple phones a deal that looked to good to be true.I got a tracking number from a different seller on the fith..track say package delivered resident on the 4th..fedex del receipt doesn't have address call fedex they del and ask for adress they say no such record. No receipt with address fake tract number..has this happened to any one else .sham on you paypal side with this fraud.

And that is Paypals fault why again?

They give you some buyer and some seller protection but its up to you to risk assess your own transactions.

Have you opened a dispute for non receipt of item?

Has Paypal closed the case?

Have you appealed due to the fake tracking information?

Thank you for responding..I was denied..this morning I received email they are returning my funds..strange..thanks again
