Hey, I have a company that is active in Germany. I have now opened a business account and the first payment has been received. Now PayPal has restricted my account and needs a few more documents from me. I have submitted everything except one thing: they want a supplier receipt from me, from whom I buy my products. But I offer services in the form of correcting applications - so I don't have any supplier invoices because I don't sell physical products. What can I do to get Paypal to remove the restriction?
Create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.
