When using a desktop PC, how does Paypal confirm that the payee recipient is the right recipient ? That is to say, what information is displayed to make sure that the friend whose name you typed in is the correct recipient? Especially if it is someone you've sent money to before.
- Does desktop PC PayPal display the friend's email address before sending the money?
- Does the desktop PC PayPal automatically select the same person with the same name that you've sent money to before?
- Does the desktop PC PayPal ask for confirmation, "Is this the right person and right email address?" 2 or 3 times before hitting the send button?
What other measures are in place when using PayPal through a desktop PC to ensure that the money goes to the correct friend?
