Hello Im a logo designer and i made a project for a client designing him 20 logos. I have submitted the logos and at the moment that He needed to pay me he told me that In order to link his banking system PNC to paypal I had to deposit to him 300 dollars. Can you please provide me with an accurate information whether this is true or not ?
