Hello! I am trying to connect my PayPal to FB ad center, but I cannot because "my account is limited". Do you know what could be the problem?

Go to the Resolution Center to resolve the limitation first.
How do I remove a limitation from my account?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
