Hi. I'm at crossroads now. You want me to confirm my identity with ID and bank statements yet I haven't link my account to any bank. I have confirmed it with my ID and now I don't know what to do with the bank statement part. Please help.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
