Close an account that’s unverified

I was wondering how do I close my PayPal account? It does have $29 in it that I kinda want added to my bank account in it yet I can’t do crap because it’s gone ahead hit me with the “your account is permanently locked due to suspicious activity” and honestly I just want to get rid of the account, I’ve tried the support centre but got an automated response which I can’t remember what it said. I also do have trouble talking over the phone due to being on the autism spectrum so calling is out of the question.. Any help is appreciated

Sadly you can't close it, Paypal limits the account to stop you removing anything from it.
They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another Paypal account against their rules.
