Can Someone Please Help Me, My account has been limited. I simply just want to correct my name, they asked for my ID and I gave them the picture of the ID. After a few hours they said "due to the violation of the user's agreement we have now decided to limit your account permanently" giving me no chance to explain why did I break a single rule. The rule that I did not follow was that I created my account when I was 15 years old, I created it to earn money online for myself but I've got nowhere to put that earned money that is why I have no choice but to lie about my birthdate and age. This time I am now officially 18 years old, I have my National ID and Drivers License for proof. The reason why I want help is because I have lots of money in this account and I can't afford to lose it just because I was changing my name. Please Help me, Thank You.

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.

PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be permanently locked for further use.

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you to do a withdrawal of funds from that account or allow you to open a new account and transfer the funds across for you. Opening a new account is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once but you should get one of those options.
