I saw a rare Omega watch one Ebay but did not win the bid. I asked a few questions. The seller then contacted me saying the person who won the bid did not pay and would I be interested.
I made him an offer and he accepted.
I have asked for a invoice via Paypal ( not F&F ).
If I pay and the watch does not turn up am I fully covered by PayPal ??
