I would like to ask a question regarding the buyer protection offered by PayPal. I am in the process of purchasing a pet from a breeder who is supposed to send it to me, and I will be paying the amount through PayPal. However, I am concerned about the possibility of not being able to collect my pet for some reason. I would like to know if the amount I pay for the pet will be supported by buyer protection under any circumstances.

Paypal covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described, it does not cover buyer remorse or change of mind.
Also it does not cover items that are personally collected or delivered.
