My account is blocked and I'm not going to add the bank card. He tells me I have a problem with my account. When I want to contact them, they tell me that he is not available in the assistant. I will help you because I have a rather large amount in my account.

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
