Blocked from using PayPal.

After a couple of problems and with help from the Mods, I was able to setup a Business Account after deleting a previous Personal one. Today, I tried to make a Payment Request, only to get a "There's a problem with your Account. Please visit our Help Center so we can help you resolve this quickly " message. Before going there, I tried to link a Bank Account to complete my Profile (since I hadn't completed that part yet), and I got both a "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later" and "The information you entered is incorrect. Please check your information and try again" messages.

 

After that, in the dashboard the text "You can't use PayPal anymore" appeared, while down in the Homepage a message from "Notifications" said: "After a review, we've decided to permanently limit your account due to potential risk. You’ll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal".

What did I do wrong? I haven't done anything yet regarding transactions of any kind. Like I mentioned, I've had trouble setting up a Business Account, so by trial and error (read: creating and deleting 1-2 profiles) I was finally able to do so, but other than that, I cannot figure a valid reason.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Thanks for your advice. Tomorrow I'll be asking on the main page and also setting up a FB account to do so also there. I guess this happened because I opened / closed 3 or 4 Accounts in less than a week since the Sign In pages kept me redirecting to sites that didn't match my country.
