Hello, so my account was terminated six months ago on April 14th, 2021. It's been more than 180 days now. I didn't receive any email telling me how I should withdraw my money.
I emailed support twice, once on 14th October and once yesterday. I received no answer. I feel like I'm being ignored and the reason is becayse I used to get support for other things on the same day. Please let me know what I should do.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? @kernowlass I contacted them through messages (twice) 10 days ago and still haven't received a response. I don't have the time to contact them by phone, unfortunately.
I will try contacting them through social media now.
